I’m Jacqui – Nutritional Therapist

Hi, I’m Jacqui – Nutritional Therapist and Ketogenic Health Coach. I sincerely believe that there is a direct link between real food and good natural nutrition that will ensure we live better, doing life the Naturopathic way!

I grew up on a farm mostly, in a household where we cooked every day. Mostly our food came from our farm garden and our meat came from either venison, a local farmer or farm butchery. This was the norm for us.

But I went through a period when I lost interest and ate whatever anyone else did. Life was throwing curve balls at me that I didn’t have the energy or desire to dodge at the time… I took the “easy” way out and lived on instant ready meals and takeaways. I paid for that loss of interest with weight gain and Type 2 Diabetes…
